Where do your wreaths come from?
The boughs for our wreaths come from the beautiful forests of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Are your wreaths comparable to the wreaths from Maine?
We have personally ordered and inspected many of the wreaths from the companies in Maine.  Our wreaths surpass their quality, freshness and workmanship on every level.

Why are they better?
Our large capacity coolers and our freshest cut boughs along with evergreens from the beautiful forests of the Northern U.P. enable us to make and keep fresh all the way to your doorstep the best wreaths and garland across the U.S.

What types of boughs are used in your wreaths?
We use balsam fir, fresh northern cedar and fresh northern white pine in our wreaths and garland.

How big are your Christmas wreaths?
Our fresh evergreen Christmas wreaths come in a standard 24” and 36” diameter.  All our Christmas garland is cut in 20ft. lengths.

Which one gives off the most scent?
Our fresh Balsam Christmas wreaths and garland are the most fragrant.  Our mixed wreath and garland also have a beautiful scent with the addition of the cedar and pine.

Which one lasts the longest?
The cedar and pine wreaths and garland are equally the longest lasting of our fresh evergreens.  These fresh evergreen products are great for indoor and outdoor use.

Do you practice sustainable forestry? Are you green? What about the trees?
Yes, 95% of all the fresh evergreen boughs are harvested from live trees.  When cutting the branches it is pruning the tree and in essence the tree branches will regrow and enable us to have fresh boughs for years to come.

How do I take care of my wreath?
When you receive your wreath your wreath needs very little care, it will last throughout the Christmas season.  A few tips to care for your wreath are to try to keep your wreath out of the hot, direct sunlight, if it is indoors try to keep away from heat sources.  You can also keep it fresh by spritzing it with water from time to time.

Is there a care tag included?
We insert a post card with every order to give you the best advice on taking care of your fresh evergreen products.

Will my wreath last all season?
Yes our wreaths and garland will last all season long.  If you live in a warm climate we suggest you receive your fresh evergreens the 1st or 2nd week of Dec..  If you live in a cooler climate you can order your fresh evergreens as early as mid Nov.  

How do I hang my wreath?
If you’re planning to hang your wreath on a door purchase one of our over the door wreath hangers.

How far ahead do I order my wreath?
Early orders are appreciated, it helps us plan.  Don’t worry though last minute orders are welcome!

What is the best way to contact you?

Can I request a specific shipping date?
Yes, you may request a specific shipping date.  To do so you must contact us and we can give you shipping prices and options for specific delivery dates.  Otherwise when checking out you can enter a week in which to receive it.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Preferred way to ship our products is through the Fed Ex service.  We do not ship through the postal system due to the large size of our boxes.

How can I track my order?  
When your order is shipped Fed Ex will email you your tracking number to help you track your order.

Which carrier do you use to ship, how is it packaged?
We are currently using Fed Ex ground and Fed Ex express for all of our fresh Christmas products.  We package every product we make in a specially designed box that will ensure the product will remain intact and retain its natural freshness and beauty as the day it left our wreath factory.  All of our fresh evergreen decorations are packaged in a plastic liner to retain their freshness.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas, you must email or call us to get pricing.

How long will it take to get my wreath?
When you order your wreath you can at the checkout enter a desired delivery date.  If you want it A.S.A.P. on the east coast it will take 3 business days, if on the west coast it will take 4 to 5 business days.  You have an option at checkout to use Fed Ex express service and with that you can choose to pay for next day delivery.  Cut off times for next day air service is 2 p.m. E.S.T.

What can I expect after I order my wreath?
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the order, and once it is shipped you will receive a Fed Ex email with tracking info.

Can you tell me a little about your faux wreaths?
We make a full line of high quality artificial wreaths.  These wreaths are handmade using the finest material available.

How long does it take to process my order?
It is processed the same day it is received.  If after hours, processing is the next business day.  From the time your order is processed until it is shipped is no  more than 3 business days.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Do you have multiple discounts?
Check out our website for special deals and discounts when ordering.  Please contact us with special requests.

Do you charge tax?
A sales tax is charged on Michigan residents only.  All other states are exempt.

What can I expect for customer service?
Our friendly staff will help and assist you with any questions you may have.  Our staff can also assist with tips and advice for your holiday decorating.
